Your Mission

  • Act as HQ development representative and work in close collaboration with PUMA’s Teamsport PLM/ BUs

  • Support with initiatives driving quality and consistency across all products throughout the entire development process

  • Responsible for set up product creation calendars in collaboration with BU and Development team at source as well as calendar maintenance and deadline communication/transparency

  • Organize and facilitate weekly alignment meetings, communicate action plans and follow up on individual project timelines

  • Work with PLMs / Design and Source Development team on possible cost reduction options early in the process and review target / retail price setting

  • Support to identify & flag issues early in the development process to ensure that sourcing objectives are met (Including cost targets, quality standards in construction and materials, ease of manufacture)

  • Join supplier as well as milestone meetings as Representative of Source Development team and foster transparency towards global PGS teams

  • Support assigned projects and the revision/improvement of processes

Your Talent

  • Educational degree/ or vocational training in Clothing Technology, Textile Management or similar field

  • First experience in product development or sourcing department in the garment/textile industry

  • Good knowledge on product creation processes

  • Proven project management experience

  • Creative and innovative thinking

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills and cultural awareness

  • High solutions orientation and priority setting

  • Collaborative team player and structured style of working

  • Excellent English skills.
