Your Mission

  • To build & lead the development team perform all the key product development activities ensuring adherence to the company calendar, outstanding sample quality and competitive pricing following the BU’s strategies
  • To work with all business units to understand their expectation, strategies, vision
  • To fully understand local context and resources in order to be able to find the right answer to these strategies and offer added values  
  • Organize the development team in order to adapt and support to these strategies
  • Well communicate to local development team and suppliers and get them fully understand & align with these strategies
  • To lead development team perform all product development activities
  • To ensure adherence to development calendar
  • Deliver outstanding samples and competitive price
  • To coach and grow people

Your Talent

  •  Preferred bachelor degree, Diploma necessary
  • 5-8 years working experience in garment/accessories, preferably in the sport business 
  • High proficiency in English & strong PC knowledge 
  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills,  strong coaching skill
  • Able to build up/drive the vision/project, & strong problem solving ability
  • Able to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team on assigned tasks
  • Familiar with manufacturing processes, materials and material testing
  • Able to lead manufacturers towards improvements of development and production process
