Your Mission

Work with business teams to build digital tools and scale solutions that support the Sourcing business in the evolving landscape
Lead data driven initiatives to empower operational and exploratory analysis
Lead the team to build and maintain complete suite of user-oriented dashboards and meaningful, actionable data visualizations to meet workforce needs
Design, model or set up datasets needed for a business problem, while ensuring data accuracy and working with technical teams to resolve issues
Define performance metrics, build tracking and alerting systems for sourcing operations to facilitate alignment on issues and opportunities
Lead and manage projects using statistical analysis to identify actionable insights

Your Talent

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other related discipline
4 - 5 years’ of experience in Data/ Analytics Management in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain is a plus
Must have experience with process automation tools such as Power BI/ Tableau/ Python/ SQL
Excellent analytical skills
Execution experience to drive multiple projects and has ability to translate data into actionable insights
Fluent in English
Always striving for the best
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager Data Analytics
