Your Mission
Support the Senior Manager on aligning with key stakeholders within the Motorsport and Accessories BU on Marketing concepts, goals, and objectives. Develop expertise in Business Unit specific shopper behavior, retail trends and KPI tracking.
Create and develop innovative Commercial Marketing (Ecom and brick and mortar) materials, communication tools, and guidelines to strengthen the PUMA brand experience for both DTC consumer channels and Wholesale accounts, specifically for Motorsport and Accessories BUs. Consistently explore and spot new trends and innovations in the Retail industry and determine how to incorporate into relevant PUMA Ecom and in-store experience and communication.
Ensure timely and high standard Commercial Marketing materials delivery by submitting creative briefs, developing project timelines, project management and tracking, routing/presenting creative for approval and sourcing production.
Manage, along with the Commercial Manager GTM person, the account sell-in materials process, delivering store environment mockups, showrooms, as well as visual material for the regions to implement.
Ensure that PUMA Retail, PUMA.COM and Wholesale accounts give a consumer experience that is ahead of the curve and in line with the PUMA brand, with an omnichannel approach and a digital mindset.
Work closely with the wider Sportstyle marketing and product teams to deliver aligned, in-depth, and integrated marketing communication holistic with the wider brand while keeping a strong consumer centric mindset.
Work directly with key internal stakeholders such as Global Retail Environment, Product Merchandising, Ecom and Retail. Work closely with regions in the strategic roll out of the Commercial Marketing campaign packs and its local implementation while adhering to the Regional Store Event and Marketing Calendar. Build & maintain relationships with key regions, agencies and internal stakeholders while focusing on meeting cost and timelines.
Use quantitative and qualitative metrics pre and post campaign launches to maximize the effectiveness of campaigns.
