Your Mission

  • This position supports the COBRA PUMA GOLF brand.
  • Manage the overall operation of the fitting center in Toronto.
  • Develop training program for all key off course retailers, reps and tech reps.
  • Assist in development and procurement of fitting tool programs for Canada.
  • Oversee all fitting cart returns and credits.
  • Provide event allocations to reps per management direction.
  • Manage order fulfillment and shipping of materials needed by demo event specialists.
  • Be perceived as an expert on industry trends and competitor products and demo activities.

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred along with 3-5 years experience in the golf industry. Or equivalent experience.
  • PGA of Canada Class-A Professional preferred
  • Industry knowledge in golf club components as well as fitting procedures and technologies (such as launch monitors, shafts, etc...)
  • Passion for golf.
  • Process oriented, detailed thinker who is able to analyze as well as offer creative process improvement, research, and communicate effectively new ideas.
  • Results driven with the ability to take initiative and move influence all levels internally and externally.
  • Proven PC and computer applications skills, with the ability to develop and present ideas effectively.
  • Proven high level organization skills along with the ability to work independently.  
  • Budget management experience preferred.
