Your Mission

  • Responsible for the conception, implementation and evaluation of the communication measures for the sports performance sector with focus on team sports (Football, Basketball, Handball) and social media
  • Responsible for the activation of contractual performance contractors and brand ambassadors/influencers in DACH (associations, clubs, players) including the communication of the most important product initiatives as well as the planning and implementation of campaigns
  • Preparation and implementation of activation plans and roadmaps for the DACH Performance contract partners and implementation of the plans
  • Management of the social factory project for the production and communication of social media content with the performance brand ambassadors in DACH
  • Planning, creation and generation of performance content for the communication channels relevant to the target group
  • Planning and implementation of social media and influencer campaigns to support the sale of the most important performance products
  • Planning and implementation of activations and events around sport events and product launches
  • Control and briefing of the agencies involved in the implementation of the activation plans, incl. budget responsibility
  • Cooperation with the sports marketing department and the business unit teamsport for planning, implementation and evaluation of activation measures
  • Creation of reports and media evaluations of the implemented projects and campaigns

Your Talent

  • Successfully completed business administration, sports economics or sports management studies with a focus on marketing
  • Approx. 2 years of marketing experience in the sports/sports sponsoring industry (manufacturer or agency)
  • Ability to work in a team, commitment and high flexibility
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
  • Ability to think and act in a strategic and forward-looking entrepreneurial way
  • Self-confident appearance and assertiveness
  • Industry knowledge as well as first experiences in the sports and fashion industry advantageous
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Creative mindset and cross category thinking
  • Structured and accurate way of working as well as excellent project management skills
  • Very good IT skills (Lotus, Windows Office, graphics programs if necessary)
  • Experience in dealing with and managing external partners such as agencies desirable
