Position Summary & Key Objectives
This role is responsible to devise and drive strategies in areas like New Customer Acquisition & Impacting Customer Service. The role calls for identifying & driving partnerships with strategic partners with an overlap of Puma TG.
Conceive and Execute strategies for new customer acquisition for PUMA by:
Liasioning with different channel partners (New age Ecom Companies, Payment Solutions, Hyperlocal Marketing platforms, Gift Card Selling platforms etc) to run different consumer promotions
Targeting customer groups such as Corporates, Gyms, Running Groups, Sports Academies, Schools etc and rolling out relevant offers
Executing consumer promotions in sync with the Brand marketing campaigns
Executing local promotions for city/state festivals, events etc.
Coordinating with Retail Operations, Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, IT and Finance teams for seamless integration of above initiatives in current operations. Constantly upgrade the service levels by checking for additional functionalities and monitoring current operations
