Your Mission
Provides support to Teamhead of People Technology in WORKDAY related and other global HR related projects
Partner with Learning departments to identify / analyze needs and recommend opportunities to leverage available technology to increase employee usage.
Partner with the People Connection & Attraction team/stakeholders to navigate the enhancements, troubleshooting and transformation of the Talent & Performance module
Collaborate in the development and maintenance of resources to empower stakeholders to effectively utilize learning technology resources.
Provide administrative role support in Workday Learning and Talent & Performance in the areas of design, support, and maintenance
Optimize functionality and make recommendations on how to utilize features to streamline work / make things work better and facilitate the research, pilot, evaluation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Create processes, workflows, and best practices that drive efficiencies within the Workday areas of expertise. Performs Bi-Annual release management of Workday products.
