College/University degree with a focus on Business Administration, Sports Management or Marketing
At least 3 years of professional experience in different relevant functions such as sports marketing, product management/merchandising and marketing activations
Strong passion for Football
Proven track record in collaborating with Football clubs
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and also alongside wider teams to deliver results
Very good communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
Cross-cultural understanding, openness, flexibility and commitment
Open minded, flexible and open towards changing, fast paced and challenging environments
Willingness to travel frequently both domestically as well as internationally, availability on home match days, driving license is required.

Your Mission
Proactively drive the internal management of the partnership by aligning all relevant departments, particularly with Teamsport relevance and 360 alignments
Responsible for the external (club facing) management of the partnership with the core purpose of product supplying and servicing to all academy, youth and professional teams (men and women) and officials/staff within the club
Be the first point of contact for the club on most levels, the Kit Manager Team as well as for the technical staff and players at the Training Ground
Ensure that both the Club and PUMA enjoy speedy updates with information as well as consistent feedback
Guarantee a seamless and successful communication using "one PUMA Group voice" towards the club for all business matters (e.g. product approvals, marketing plan approvals) to ultimately ensure both, the positioning of the club as agreed with the Football club as well as the optimal use of rights and return of investment (ROI) to support PUMA´s strategic goals (growth driver)
Develop, execute and monitor all relevant club facing actions to ensure best commercial and medial usage of the provided rights and benefits from the contract
Ensure that all contractual obligations are met properly and that the club´s requirements and needs are brought to PUMA´s internal attention and resolved
Accountable for the full and correct execution of all contractual rights and benefits in relation to team official and staff equipment/outfit at any time and the alignment of the visibility of the PUMA brand with the contractual agreement
Independently identify key business opportunities on national as well as international level and club developments as well as strategically establish a growth of PUMA´s Groups business with the club.
