Your Talent

  • University Degree in related fields,
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management experience,
  • Advanced knowledge of English both written and spoken ,
  • High level of analytical skills,
  • Extensive sport style industry knowledge,
  • Good understanding of sport style consumers,
  • Forecasting ability and the ability to create and analyze data,
  • Customer management,
  • Results driven and strong interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent presentation & influencing skills,

Your Mission

  • The primary objective of this role is to manage Boyner key account. The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship with those accounts, understanding their business needs, driving growth and Brand visibility.   Ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines/KPI’s.
  • Drive the Boyner account. Identify opportunities and have a clear understanding of Brand goals vs. Customer’s needs. 
  • According to Boyner Store Locations responsible for; demand planning, product allocation and return planning.
  • Purchasing and planning based on current sales, customer demand, market trends and financial budgets in order to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Work in conjunction with the Head of Sales and ensure that Brand initiatives will be delivered according to our goals.
  • According to our distribution rules; ensure alignment in the way we communicate to the consumer. A key goal is Brand management.
  • Ensure strong alignment with Boyner Field Sales Team and other functions, particularly marketing, merchandising and sales operations.
  • Share key objectives and deliverables and lead the team.
