Eligibility Criteria and Functional Competencies Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in analytics, statistics, mathematics , or computer science.
- 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Web Analyst or Related Title
- You like to work with numbers, data, technical knowledge and to translate those into user behavior and optimization suggestions
- You have a natural drive to understand how things are connected and love to learn new topics
- Demonstrated ability to empower teams and communicate appropriately to ensure business partner and team's success and meet deadlines
- Strong accountability planning/organization, and teamwork
- Highly developed interpersonal and intercultural skills to evolve in a international environment
- Experience communicating analytical insights to various levels of leadership.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with programming languages, such as SQL, Python, or R, and data manipulation techniques, such as ETL, data cleaning
- Experienced with Google Cloud and Google Marketing Platforms
Your Mission
- Analyzing business performance across various angles: financial performance, the shopper journey, or marketing performance
- Owning the performance reporting activities across the different E-commerce departments (User experience, Marketing, Content) to enable data driven decision making
- Supporting the different stakeholders (either building standard reports or adhoc requests) by recommending actions to accelerate growth and to achieve the targets
- Ensuring we collect the right data with our tracking concepts, as well as keep an eye on the data quality from data collection to reporting systems
- Designing and developing of the cross-departmental reporting with a focus on user-friendliness (visualization) in cooperation with the report recipients, the departments and the business intelligence team
- Blending data from different sources in different location as input for analysis
- Be a champion for reporting governance and processes to ensure scalability and effectiveness. Provide standardization and best-practice recommendations, templates and training to regional e-Commerce teams
- Participation in projects - with the possibility of taking on project responsibility
- Innovate new product uses to proactively meet business partner needs.
