Your Talent

  • Interest in fashion/streetwear and entertainment

  • Excellent writing and organization skills

  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs

  • Must be based in LA. Have own mode of transportation and be able to commute to Hollywood, CA

  • Must be able to lift 20lb boxes.

The base pay for this position is $23.00 + Product Discount and Wellness Perks

Your Mission

This position reports to the Showroom Manager of the PUMA Entertainment Marketing office based in Los Angeles. They will gain practical industry experience in operations, marketing, and partnerships via exposure to the overall marketing team, owned projects which are operational, tactical and creative. This skill set will be useful to anyone pursuing experience in-house at a brand, or has interest in fashion, entertainment, or partnership marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build key partner database and maintain regularly.

  • Work with office and brand vendors to maintain marketing showroom.

  • Create marketing showroom materials including seasonal look book, gifting tracker, product inventory, etc.

  • Support team with tracking gifting placements on social and via press

  • Support team with ordering seeding product, packing items, and shipping.

  • Overall day-to-day team support which includes office organization, expenses, scheduling messenger/FedEx, and general admin.

  • Assistance with event planning and coordination.

  • Regular consumer research on sportswear and fashion industry trends as well our competitive landscape.
