Your Mission

  • Leading PUMA’s image as an employer externally and internally.
  • Create and implement PUMA’s employer brand strategy, communications plan and tools for effective and compelling employer branding, talent strategies and story telling around employee experiences.
  • Leading the global project team Employer Branding in PUMA markets and ensuring a global employer brand consistency and giving global direction on the identity.
  • Developing HR communications (internal & external) through a communications strategy and comms plan, including storytelling to leverage PUMA as a leading and innovative employer in relevant business, industry and consumer media.
  • Managing the PUMA Group Digital Channel (LinkedIn) & Employer Rating Channels, including implementing a strategy and creating content.
  • Responsible for handling corporate media requests concerning HR or personnel issues
  • Responsible for creating the HR section in PUMA’s Annual Report
  • Developing and managing PUMA’s Career website on about.puma.com
  • Service the local HR teams with an Employer Branding Toolboox for local execution based on the EVP & identity.
  • Responsible for photo & video shoots for Employer Branding topics
  • Budget & Team responsibility.

Your Talent

  • 8-10 years of professional experience in Employer Branding or Corporate PR
  • University degree, ideally in Communications or Human Resources.
  • Good storytelling skills and news judgement
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • German native speaker
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing media requests and Social Media channels (incl. LinkedIn and Employer Rating Channels) independently
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language skills required
  • Flexible team player with a hands-on mentality that likes to take on responsibility
  • Position requires relocation to Herzogenaurach/the area around.
