Your Mission

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of Key customers to ensure Puma leadership in the channel
  •  Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  •  Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Responsible for the overall top line and bottom line for the business generated through Key Customers 
  • Drive the business cross functionally – working closely with Product, Sales Operations and Business Intelligence teams
  • Facilitate and own the overall account and opportunity planning process from inception to completion.
  • Will be responsible for managing the customer relationship and satisfaction by developing a deep customer knowledge and influence through forging executive relationships across all customer lines of business- Category, Finance, Marketing and Operations, strengthening Puma’s reputation as a proven partner, increasing customer satisfaction and Puma’s revenues and footprint within the channel
  • Develop Business through category expansion and new customer acquisition

Your Talent

  • MBA with 2-3 experience in managing Key Accounts
  • Strong Relationship Building Skills
  • Ability to grow in the role
