- Management of all activities related to key accounts;
- Manage the customer's order portfolio, optimizing the invoicing of pre-sold orders, as well as opportunities for prompt delivery;
- Analyze, together with the business planner, the weekly and monthly Sell Out of the account and identify opportunities in each client's business unit;
- Direct and manage customer points that involve other areas of the company such as Product, Finance, Marketing and etc;
- Participate in internal result meetings, presenting the main account KPIs under your responsibility.
