Your Mission
- Lead, evolve and motivate the Tech Rep around the Indoor specialist accounts, creating a sustainable footprint in the Indoor category
- Create PUMA brand-voice at Indoor specialist accounts and a Halo effect for PUMA as a Indoor brand
- Sales responsibility and implementation of targets at Indoor specialist accounts. Negotiation of terms and conditions
- Set, maintain and evaluate commercial as well as qualitative KPIs regarding improvements and progress made. Regular sales reporting and forecasting
- Develop a business plan and own the Indoor category 360 degrees in DACH region
- Commercialize and support Indoor assets and events where PUMA is present
- Act as a “Category Captain” and connector to internal, cross-functional stakeholder groups – define needs, milestones and quantitative and qualitative outcomes regarding Sales, Merchandising, PR, Trade Marketing, Sportsmarketing and Activation
- Support Merchandising and Global Teamsport BU regarding Indoor range and distribution
