Your Mission

  • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise each season from sell-in to sell-through. 

  • Achieve sales goals by quarter and by category as defined by Director. 

  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with all levels of account management and internal departments that work key accounts. 

  • Coordinate and prepare seasonal product presentations  

  • Deliver all orders by booking deadline 

  • Manage accounts through business planning, inventory control and analysis. 

  • Proactive order book management. 

  • Collaborative strategic planning with Director in preparation for Top2Top with Account Senior Leadership. 

  • Continual sales analysis to manage product life cycles, inventory models, and capitalize on successes and address issues as needed. 

  • Monitor competitor’s activities and performance, along with implementing strategies and tactics to compete. 

  • Knowledge and discipline to adhere to distribution guidelines.   

  • Work as a liaison between Puma operations and account operations. 

  • Work cross functionally to contribute and collaborate on the Account Marketing Plan. 

  • Deliver all required reports, example:  weekly sell-thru analysis, on time. 

Your Talent

  • 4-6 Years’ experience in Footwear and Apparel national account sales or relevant experience. 

  • Ability to present product and communicate brand strategy to accounts accurately and effectively. 

  • Working knowledge of the US mall-retail and City Specialty environment. 

  • Industry based understanding of the City Specialty consumer. 

  • Ability to effectively manage your time and work against business deadlines. 

  • Strong understanding of retail sales practices. 

  • Strong analytical, Retail Math & Order book management, fluent in Excel and Powerpoint skills, and overall business orientation.  

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and make recommendations on potential solutions. 

  • Open communication/good listening skills. 

  • Technical product knowledge. 

  • Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools. 

  • Domestic travel required
