Manage the platform development pipeline and collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and release new features and improvements to the PUMA Europe webshop.
Work closely with all internal eCommerce Teams (e.g., Trading, Marketing, Operations and Experience) to ensure new features and bug fixes are developed according to set priorities, deadlines, and budget.
Manage external service providers of Platform Development and Maintenance Services.
Utilize internal collaboration tools as for example JIRA to ensure an organized and correct tracking of the development work. Provide visibility of the progress to all stakeholders.
Coordinate and support the testing of new functionalities and improvements in the backend systems.
Support the process of generating and approving ideas for new webshop features and tools, as well as integrating them into the European system landscape.
Work closely with the Global eCommerce Team on platform release planning and execution.
Continuously monitor all relevant data flows from upstream systems to the eCommerce channels and ensure fluent processes and efficient interaction of parties and tools.
Proactively monitor processes, jobs and site performance and resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely manner.
Manage platform processes to guarantee launches of products, content, marketing activities, promotions, etc. go smoothly.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on development performance to identify opportunities to optimize the platform development processes, making them more efficient wherever possible.
