Your Mission

  • Providing administrative and organisational support to deliver key seasonal ranges, including range planning, building & managing key working documents, and maintaining internal systems.                                            
  • Being the key point of contact for analytical and operational needs in forecasting, pricing, purchasing and competitive benchmarking.
  • Prioritising and working to deadlines, establishing a clear and concise critical path calendar for each season.    
  • A pro-active approach evolving Merchandising templates, ensuring consistency across the product categories. Working with the Purchasing team on the seasonal range set up process
  • Working on and evolving key sell-in information such as seasonal workbooks, flow plans, category presentations and tech tool kits.
  • Liaising with the sample department to ensure timely and accurate samples for showrooms and the sales force.
  • Supporting in the seasonal preparation and visual merchandising of PUMA showrooms across various key locations.
  • Embracing and working with the key merchandising tools (PID, VRT, Board & Power BI).
  • Support the Team Head with the administration side of the SMU process.
  • Supporting the Team Head, Purchasing & Demand Planning teams with timely information.
  • Being the first point of contact to answer general queries on the product ranges.

Your Talent

  • Standard educational requirements, degree or higher secondary level
  • Relevant wholesale or retail experience in product management or merchandising.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease.
  • Demonstrate a passion and desire to work as one successful team.
  • Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude and retail maths knowledge
  • Strong collaboration skills required to work cross functionally with product teams and sales.
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Have an understanding and an interest in the performance sportswear market
  • Be able to utilise data and insights to help with the team making informative decisions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.  
  • Have a desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to find solutions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with short time-lines and changing priorities.
  • Flexible, solution and detail-oriented, a skilled communicator and a relationship builder
  • Fully proficient across Microsoft packages including Power Bi, Teams and Excel.
