Your Mission

  • Manage user experience and the Europe ecommerce improvement roadmap
  • Manage our Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) process including A/B testing
  • Monitor conversion rate and identify any challenges or opportunities
  • Communicate conversion rate updates to relevant marketing, experience, ops or trading teams
  • Work collaboratively on actioning insights to ensure a healthy conversion rate
  • Analysis of KPIs on a daily/weekly basis
  • Stay up-to-date with industry & competitor best practices, market developments & the right tools
  • Manage CRO JIRA boards and managing testing timelines with an external agency
  • Support the UX & CRO Manager in maintaining the CRO development roadmap for successful tests in coordination with other E-Commerce teams
  • Create design concepts and initial solutions (e.g. sketches, wireframes, paper prototypes)
  • Test, validate and refine design concepts and prototypes with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies and developers to get the successful designs live on the website
  • Work closely with the Platform Manager to ensure improvements are prioritized for development and communicate timelines to the rest of the team
  • Manage user research and testing, reports and benchmarking studies in order to take insights and turn them into actionable improvements
  • Work with global ecom to ensure that all new designs and improvements adhere to guidelines
  • Build a strong collaborative relationship with global ecom team, aligning on roadmaps and sharing results
  • Ensure efficient and effective delivery of services by external content providers and agencies, consultants and partners
  • Use existing tools (and propose new tools where appropriate) to analyse user behaviour and identify opportunities to optimize

Your Talent

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar ecommerce role
  • Data-driven with a focus on user-centric approach
  • Experience in using tools like Google /Adobe Analytics, Heat mapping , Site performance, A/B test tools etc
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience managing agencies for design, testing or development
  • Ability to effectively prioritise various tasks in a fast-paced environment
