Your Mission

  • Define, develop and execute a high quality, innovative and inspirational marketing strategy for Omnichannel and regional key accounts and buying groups with focus on performance categories, specifically Training & Running
  • Lead a long term planning approach, defining the relevant marketing tactics for each moment in time
  • Deliver and implement target group relevant marketing campaigns in line with the global marketing direction in alignment with Teamhead Trade & Digital Marketing with focus on digital channels
  • Foster digital transformation in marketing campaigns of your respective accounts
  • Successfully implement and manage relevant offline & online marketing mix and track results against defined KPI’s
  • Close collaboration with all internal (sales, merchandising, marketing activation or production) and external stakeholders (accounts, agencies) to deliver on time marketing campaigns
  • Prepare and present seasonal sell-in marketing campaigns in line with the global direction
  • Plan and monitor budget for respective accounts and campaigns

Your Talent

  • University degree in Business, Marketing and/or a relevant field of study
  • 2-3 years of experience in trade marketing (digital & instore) or similar
  • Passion and knowledge about the sports, fashion and sportstyle/lifestyle industry
  • Love for digital trends and ability to adapt those trends
  • Interest in/ passion for Training & Running
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Hands on and solution oriented
  • Independent working style with a high level of reliability
