Your Mission

You will be part of the Product Development Sourcing Solutions & Analytics team who builds the digital tools necessary to ensure the daily needs are supported in the evolving product creation landscape.

  • Work closely with the Senior Business Process Manager to analyze and understand business processes, problems and opportunities as well as build solutions
  • Support the business to build products and features spanning across the apparel, footwear and accessories product creation process
  • Support the requirement definition and solution ideation to develop products with technical teams, external suppliers and systems consultants
  • Build automation frameworks and workflows to support the business processes
  • Be involved in the roll-out, feature testing and communication to subsidiaries and factories globally
  • Coordinate business process improvement strategies with internal stakeholders in close cooperation with your manager
  • Set up training materials and user education to empower users to incorporate the tools in their daily work

    

Your Talent

  • Freshly graduated student in an appropriate field of studies such as, but not limited to, business administration or information technology
  • Ideally first automation experience (Power Automate, UiPath, VBA)
  • Always striving for the best and fast learning ability
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Internationally oriented team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
