Your Mission
- Active support on planning, controlling and analysis of the whole product development process for the respective product categories within Teamsport.
- Provision of qualitative market feedback, based on market input as well as sell-in analysis to the Global Product Team and Global GTM.
- Definition and management of seasonal CE-assortment for the respective product categories in alignment with Senior Merch Manager and other departments considering the global and regional key initiatives.
- Active participation in all global Go-to-Market meetings, with the goal of implementing all CE-specific product needs, which are needed to meet strategic corporate goals.
- Support on product ranging, pricing, forecasting and constant assortment maintenance.
- Presentation of the product range and concepts to internal and external partners within GTM and account meetings.
- Preparation and maintenance of sales documents and systems.
- Regular alignment as well as close collaboration with Sales, Marketing and Sports Marketing (player/club manager) to set up best possible product range and campaigns in order to push sales and brand perception.
- Collaboration with external partners like Pro Clubs and Federations.
