- Be in contact with the 2nd & 3rd level support teams for the deployed POS applications and connected systems
- Suggest further development and improvements of the POS connected IT systems globally
- Work in close cooperation with the POS solution architects
- Assist in continuously improve the retail store connected IT systems
- Support test labs, knowledge transfer, change management for POS and connected IT systems
- Participate in building POS operational standards for POS support teams
- Support and participation in international projects in the field of IT Retail
- Communication and coordination with internal and external business partners.
