JUNIOR MANAGER GLOBAL SOCIAL MEDIA FOOTBALL

Your Mission

This role includes – but is not limited to - the day-to-day handling of the @pumafootball IG & Twitter handles (along with @puma TikTok when relevant), maximizing and activating PUMA’s footballers across social, working with the content team to brief social content and covering live events.

  • Schedule content through Sprinklr
  • Actively engage with the @pumafootball community
  • Own the @pumafootball content calendars
  • Create copy decks and social rollouts for football products and events
  • Proactively deliver regular social briefs for PUMA footballers, leveraging culturally relevant moments
  • Cover live football events on relevant social handles and platforms
  • Create re-direct links using ReBrandly & create relevant IG product tags using FB Business Manager
  • Support the Manager, Global Social Media (Football) on relevant strategic projects
  • Support the overall Global Social Media team with shared tasks, such as YouTube uploads.

Your Talent

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a social media role, ideally within a large brand and/or sports team
  • A genuine passion and understanding of football – the sport, the culture, the players, competions and trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above: Marketing, Communications degrees preferred
  • Previous experience with social media scheduling & publishing tools
  • Strong copywriter & excellent storyteller
  • Clear communicator
