Your Mission

  • Support the Wholesale business by driving the digital development of PUMA’s Seasonal Process with agreed customer base.
  • Be first point of contact for agreed customer base to explain strategy, plan for the future, and keep them in the loop regarding the latest developments.
  • Leverage your digital expertise to develop and adapt PUMA’s approach with current customer portfolio and identify areas of opportunity in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with relevant Heads of Departments on development and implementation of digital marketing, advertising & selling strategies to the digital account portfolio base that align with PUMA’s requirements and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to drive relevant digital marketing content through online platforms.
  • Set and drive Strategy & Review meetings, be in control of the Range Review and Selling meetings etc.
  • Manage and prioritize the key seasonal initiatives and accelerate the digital growth.
  • Sell through across the portfolio in line with PUMA Process.
  • Deliver the seasonal sell-in targets for the account(s) and category.
  • Monitor accounts performance against set KPIs, see-thru targets, margins.
  • Ensure Orderbook disciplines are fulfilled (i.e. orders are placed and converted according to agreed timelines.
  • Track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on Digital account portfolio performance i.e. Sales and Margin, Trade Terms, Orderbook.
  • Monitor and report on customer and competitor performance i.e. market share and development & sell-thru performance.
  • Ensure premium content and sales tools, are updated, and maintained each season.
  • Provide administrative support to direct reporting Management Team
  • Liaise with Purchasing and Planning Teams on negotiations, provide reporting and general administrative assistance as required.

Your Talent

  • University degree in business or equivalent, ideally with focus on sales, retail and marketing, eCommerce or digitally related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years experiences in a Sales, eCommerce or digitally related field, Retail, Marketing function
  • Experiences within the Sport, FMCG, Consulting industries
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation, planning and organization skills
  • Proactive approach with high energy
  • Drive for results and strong analytical skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office (excel, power-point, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of brand, consumer & product trends and retail landscape
