We are looking for a curious mind that is motivated to develop digital solutions and is willing to apply those solutions hands-on directly to the business. We at PUMA Central Europe are searching for someone that creates those solutions, low-code or no-code, with the help of Excel templates in combination with other tools, such as Power-BI or Power-Automate. You will get deep insights into our whole value chain, from purchasing to outbound deliveries to our wholesale customers. Along this value chain you will find many opportunities to challenge and improve the status quo.

• Develop tools and templates for our various planning and reporting processes based on MS-Excel / Power-BI / Power Query / Power Automate and other applications
• Own all (Power-) BI dashboards for Central Europe and generally challenge the need and purpose of our internal BI reporting
• Help the Team to enhance their data-driven insights by providing regular workshops in how to use our internal tools
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Continuously challenge the status quo of our internal processes and make recommendations on how to improve our ways of working
• Analyze data on an ad hoc basis to support the decision-making process of the Central Europe Management Team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or similar field
• Relevant practical experience in either Controlling, Business Analytics, Business Solutions, Planning & Purchasing
• Outstanding analytical and numerical skills
• Passion for delivering data-based recommendations and a talent for story telling based on data
• Team player who tackles challenges with enthusiasm
• Strong Microsoft Office Package skills – highly proficient Excel skills required; Power-BI and power query experience preferred
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Structured, organized and process orientated, with an analytical mindset 
• High resilience and solution-oriented attitude
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English both verbally and written
