Your Mission

  • Be part of and support strategic projects for our European Business, focussing on transactional processes and systems
  • Provide business consulting and contribute to delivering high quality solutions in coordination with global PUMA functions (e.g. IT, Business Solutions), reflecting the demands of our European business partners
  • Perform process analysis and assist in continuous process improvement & reengineering as process consultant
  • Support the end-to-end management of cross-functional & cross-departmental projects as part of the Business Solutions & BI Europe team
  • Contribute to the implementation of fast & data driven ERP & supply chain processes to enable our business to perform forever faster

Your Talent

  • Very good university degree (e.g. Business Studies, Business Informatics or similar)
  • 1-3 Years professional experience, preferably in the sporting goods industry or consulting
  • Excellent analytical skills & structured mindset
  • Highly capable of quickly grasping complex processes and identifying challenges
  • Strong skills in project and process management
  • Very good skills in German & English (written & oral) required
  • Very good presentation skills
  • Sound knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain processes is a plus, preferably in the fashion or sporting goods industry
