Your Mission

  • Responsible for the creative conception, implementation and evaluation of the communication measures for the sports performance sector with focus on team sports (Football, Basketball, Handball)
  • Creation of concepts and implementation of activation plans and roadmaps for the CE/DACH performance contracted athletes (players, young guns, ambassadors)
  • Creative leveraging of contractual partners to communicate seasonal key product and brand marketing stories
  • In cooperation with the social media team manage the social factory project for the production and communication of social media content with the performance brand ambassadors in CE/DACH
  • Creation of content calendar in cooperation with the social media team
  • Planning and implementation of players into trade marketing activities, PR days, etc
  • Planning and implementation of activations and events around sport events and product launches
  • Control and briefing of the agencies involved in the implementation of the activation plans, incl. budget responsibility
  • Creation of reports and evaluations of the implemented projects and campaigns

Your Talent

  • Passionate about sports and lifestyle
  • Successfully completed business administration, sports economics or sports management studies with a focus on marketing
  • Min. 1-2 years of marketing experience in the sports/sports sponsoring industry (manufacturer or agency)
  • Experience in working with professional athletes and ambassadors
  • Flexibility and ability to travel is a must
  • Content creation experience as well as understanding of Sports Marketing preferred
  • Strong team player
  • Fluent written and spoken English and German strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Structured and accurate way of working as well as excellent project management skills
