JUNIOR IT MANAGER SAP RETAIL

• Daily monitoring, support, error analysis for all Retail related SD flows from invoicing to accounting
• SAP CAR monitoring and support for all Retail and Finance processes
• Support and operation of POS of warehouse integrations in close collaboration with other SAP functional teams
• Provide assistance for user acceptance testing on SAP S4/Hana, CAR and Fiori
• Perform Quality management / quality control
• Perform testing as part of the SAP S/4 Fashion Architecture
• Perform Report generation via Ad-hoc Query.

• Previous working experience in SAP application support (1-2 years), preferably within Retail is not mandatory but it’s considered a plus.
• Good understanding on supply chain processes and cross-functional topics such as sales-to-financial accounting process flow
• Strong knowledge in SAP SD/MM module
• Experience in support and software testing
• Previous experience on the following topics is considered a plus for this role:
• SAP SD consultancy specialized on order-to-cash
• SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR), or SAP POSDM, or Fiori
• Very good English language skills, both written and spoken
• A good team player with a hands-on mindset and pro-active attitude
