Your Mission

  • Responsible for development and production of soft lines’ accessories product, e.g. footballs, shin guards, padel rackets and related small accessories
  • Work proactively with cross-functional, internal and external division to ensure a smooth and efficient development and production process in timely manner
  • Follow closely on development process calendar to complete task on each milestone on time
  • Assist team to collect costing, lead time from suppliers and validate details 
  • Maintain styles’ specification, costing, care label instruction in system accurately and timely
  • Follow through testing reports during development stage with supplier and make sure it’s up to our quality standard
  • Organized and maintained tracking file, testing reports   
  • Prepare protos’ and sealing comments to suppliers and handover to QA team before order placement
  • Monitoring samples orders and production activities to ensure samples and bulk are delivered within timeline

Your Talent

  • Diploma holder in Textiles, Merchandising is preferred
  • 2-3 years of working experiences in product development or similar position is preferred
  • Experience in soft lines accessories, especially in balls, racket or bags is preferred but not necessary
  • Good knowledge in products’ development and prices negotiation
  • Be curious and willing to learn new product category
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Team player with strong communication, negotiation, analytical and organizational skills
  • Result-oriented, aggressive and detail- minded and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office and Internet
