Your Mission

  • Provide legal support and strategic advice to PUMA Business Units with regard to commercial law, competition law as well as other legal matters
  • Draft, review and negotiate a variety of business agreements and other legal documents, including but not limited to sponsoring, marketing and sales agreements
  • Identify, analyze and resolve legal issues in a solution-oriented manner
  • Identify and present potential risks to your stakeholders within the Business Units
  • Support the Legal Team in implementing the legal strategy and promoting legal awareness within the company
  • Interaction with external lawyers

Your Talent

  • German Law degree (Volljurist) with above average results
  • First post-qualification experience as lawyer in an international law firm or legal department of an international company are welcome; Background in commercial and/or competition law will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent in English and German (both verbally and written) and excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent client relations skills and service driven workstyle
  • Interest in and affinity for sports
  • Strategic thinker with a sense of pragmatism and can-do attitude
  • Good business understanding
  • Ability to communicate complex legal issues into plain language
  • Ability to work independently and manage and prioritize own workload
  • Strong team player
