Your Talent
- University degree/ final year student;
- Confident PC user (MC Office, in particular MC Word, MC Excel);
- English - Upper Intermediate+ (part of the interview will be conducted in English);
- Experience of working with documents in the company;
- Knowledge of HR processes will be an advantage;
- Excellent business correspondence skills (Ukrainian, English);
- Attention to detail, high level of responsibility, excellent communication skills, independence, punctuality, self-organisation, ability to work with large amounts of information, ability to multitask.
Your Mission
- Work with primary HR documents;
- Communicate with company departments on HR issues;
- Entering information about employees into the corporate HR system, working with other corporate systems;
- Preparation of draft documents - orders, lists of employees, etc;
- Participation in maintaining military records in the company;
- Assistance with administrative HR issues;
- Supporting the workflows of the office administrator and reception as needed;
- Performing other current tasks of the management.
