Your Talent
- Minimum of 3 years of applicable experience. Retail industry & BI is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Outgoing team player with initiative, integrity, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional & positive attitude.
- Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about sport and sport culture.
- Advanced Excel knowledge required.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot preferred.
- SAP knowledge preferred.
Your Mission
- Implements business process analysis for areas of improvement (regarding process flow & automation & cost saving etc) through an analytical perspective; and builds a project timeline & roadmap.
- Rolls out & coordinates & follows-up TR-specific process and project solutions together with internal counterparts and/or EEMEA BuSo Team.
- Supports the country “key user” and gives feedback if required for TR specific improved tools & applications.
- Proactively identify daily business opportunities and shortfalls in forward orders and discuss with internal colleagues.
- With Global BI Reporting standard/formats; or in the absence of Global BI, develops or leverages the appropriate reporting suite for TR based on KPI definitions.
- Designs dashboards & reports to support other department requirements and automates reporting flow.
- Prepares Business Results on monthly, quarterly, and annual perspective in-line with Financial Calendar.
- Deep dive into business opportunities or shortfalls in performance improvement aspect (incl analysis of variances for forecast vs actuals / YoY comparisons).
