Your Mission

  • Manage multiple IT projects within the Product Line Management (PLM) landscape to deliver them with high quality on schedule, on scope and on budget
  • Take over responsibility in project planning, execution, monitoring including steering of projects teams and stakeholder management
  • Provide transparency on progress and risks to stakeholders
  • Proactively identify risks and/or dependencies with other projects and set up mitigation action plan
  • Act as a servant leader for the project teams
  • Take ownership of the given projects within each discipline of the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with internal (Business Solutions, Enterprise Architecture, Business) and external project team members
  • Support the PLM program management
  • Implement project management best practices, ideally through PMI/Agile methodology.

Your Talent

  • All genders are welcome to apply
  • Degree in Business Informatics or comparable area
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the area of IT project management including the management of internal and external partners
  • Core analytical and project management skills, including budget, planning, scheduling, reporting, resource management, stakeholder communications, and risk management
  • Profound knowledge of (agile) project management methods, tools and trends. PMP Certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
  • Hands-on team-player with positive mindset, enthusiasm, and drive to perform
  • Experience with product design and development related systems (PLM, Pattern management, Material management, BOM/Costing, 3D development) is a plus
  • Experience using JIRA/Confluence
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business fluent in English.
