Your Mission

Complete overview of the Footwear Development process from design to initial prototyping and final release
Be in charge of maintaining and updating the system
Work with Development Managers on footwear projects with the opportunity to learn about material selection, shoe construction and manufacturing processes
Assist with generating technical hand-over packages for initiating the development process
Work within your designated category Development team and with the Development team in Asia to develop projects within given timelines
Communicate regularly with the Development team in Asia for expediting the sampling process, evaluate feedback and implement revisions to them
Assist on follow-up of fit & wear testing with the Test Coordinator and the Developer
Confirm final production confirmation samples

Your Talent

Enrolled student in a relevant field of studies for the entire duration of the internship
Good English skills, written and verbal; German is a plus
Ability to work flexibly in a team
Desire to learn and take initiatives
Ability to listen and attention to detail
Very good MS-Office skills
Starting date: 15.06.2023; duration: 6 months
