Your Mission

  • Supporting Retail Merchandising Europe Planning & Allocation Team on daily planning and allocation tasks, financial & operational analyses, creating reports & trackers and becoming a link within the team as well as cross-channel

  • Creation & updating of weekly reports and analysis files to showcase overall business performance & support cross-departmental key stakeholders in decision-making

  • Support Allocation team in pro-actively identifying how to optimize store inventory levels & sales potential, as well as acting on specific merchandise & promotion related needs from stores

  • Optimizing & supporting operational tasks for both planning & allocation to improve speed and quality of current processes

  • Analyzing performance of store & product on a regular basis to support allocation & planning decision-making

  • Gain knowledge of Retail environment (both Corporate & Store-side), financial KPI’s and trends, as well as PUMA products (Apparel, Footwear, Accessories)

Your Talent

  • Enrolled student, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or similar

  • Advanced user knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint, familiar Database & ERP systems

  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication skills

  • Team player mentality with the ability to work independently as well

  • Ability to multi-task and to support a diverse team of Retail Merchandising

  • Starting date: 01.12.2022 ; duration: 6 months
