Your Talent

  • Enrolled student in an appropriate field of studies such as, but not limited to, Engineering, Sports Technology, or Materials Science.
  • Desire to learn and take initiative.
  • Keen interest in performance sports such as Football, Cricket, Padel, and Handball is desirable.
  • Keen interest in performance footwear (Technologies, Construction, Material compounds, and Innovations).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling, Simulation, and additive manufacturing. E.G Rhino, Solidworks, NX, Ansys.
  • Experienced in conducting literature reviews, compiling information, and summarizing into informative presentations and reports.
  • Fluent in English, German is a benefit
  • Starting date: 16.09.2024; Duration: 6-12 months

Your Mission

  • Take responsibility for the operation and maintenance of our rapid prototyping machine(s).
  • Collaboration with our Fit and Wear testing team to test new material and construction trials.
  • Support on maintenance of the Tooling Management System.
  • Collaboration with our Design team and suppliers to define Teckpacks and Blueprints for the bottom units of our products.
  • Support the development of tooling projects for the upcoming seasons.
  • Daily communication with colleagues in our Far East development offices for a variety of tasks: e.g. sample development, product-related problem-solving, and sample orders.
  • Key member for conducting detailed research and analysis of current market trends in Teamsport footwear, engineering, and industry developments.
  • Work as part of a cross-functional team (development/marketing/design/Tier-1 Factories) to ensure alignment between divisions on key topics.
  • Proactive in identifying areas of improvement and exploration to further push the development of the products.
