Your Talent
Enrolled student in a relevant field of studies (Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Informatics, or similar field)
Experience in eCommerce, IT, logistics or related areas
Ability to effectively prioritize various tasks in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to take own initiatives and work independently on assigned tasks with little guidance as well as accept direction on given assignments
Profound analytical skills and ability to work with details; Microsoft Excel is essential
Fluent in English. German is a plus.
Starting date: 15.09.2024; duration: 6 months.
Your Mission
Support the implementation of new eCom systems and processes from the definition of business requirements to the successful roll out
Contribute to the integration of new Marketplaces and the expansion to additional regions
Support the management of the development pipeline for the frontend platform Salesforce in cooperation with external development agencies
Coordinate and execute the testing of new functionalities in frontend and backend systems
Conduct regular testing on PUMA.com to identify bugs and potential improvements in the customer journey
Review the transactional customer communication and identify potential improvements (e.g. , Order confirmation, cancellation notification)
Support customer service with inquiries related to system & platform behavior and payment processes
