High interest and passion in recent IT technologies & latest innovations around AI
Enrolled student in communication, IT, business informatics or similar
Technical understanding and interest in collaboration and project management tools
Team player with excellent communication and inter-personal skills
Highly motivated to work in a global multi-cultural team
Organizational skills to maintain schedules in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Start date: as soon as possible; Duration: 6 months
Your Mission
Your Mission:
Support the rollout of global IT solutions in the area of collaboration and teamwork
Manage smaller (sub-) projects, in cooperation with the project lead
Support implementation of new and further development of existing use cases
Support communication and adoption campaigns for PUMA’s Digital Workplace tools globally
Create training materials and “how-to” documentations
Execute user trainings and provide first level support for users of the Digital Workplace tools
Drive the Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) and general collaboration tool communities at PUMA to foster knowledge exchange and educate key users at PUMA communities
Support for upcoming AI technology implementations
Assist in the adoption of whiteboard and task management solutions
Perform user acceptance tests
