Your Mission

  • Provide support to team leadership for key diversity moments including end-to-end project delivery and presentation preparation

  • Assist with the execution of all D&I events, meetings, and projects (panel discussions, summits, conferences, professional development programming, etc.)

  • Track and analyze D&I metrics, efforts, and accomplishments via reports / presentation materials for annual reports, diversity best place to work recognitions

  • Collaborate with corporate employer branding social media teams to develop campaign ideas that highlight and incorporate D&I messaging Attend and capture notes from bi-weekly/monthly D&I council calls

  • Establish a global diversity calendar listing the major holidays, observances and events around the world

  • Identify opportunities for increased local involvement and visibility

  • Organize materials for quarterly D&I readouts to senior management

  • Support ERGs with agendas, communications, and presentations

  • Manage and create content in SharePoint

Your Talent

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s in Communications, Human Resources or related field of study.

  • Self- motivated leader with exceptional independent judgment, who is creative and innovative.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, and experience with creating content

  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and collaborative.

  • Adept at engaging successfully and influencing at all levels of the company

  • Excellent judgment and high degree of professionalism and discretion

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency and follow-through

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
