Your Mission
This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and other People & Organization tasks including but not limited to employee experience programs, and administrative work.
Task 1: Talent Acquisition
Involve in every aspect of the talent acquisition operations from start to finish, ranging from contacting candidates to preparing documentation, and reporting on ongoing business.
Task 2: Employer Branding
Promote PUMA as the employer of choice. Incorporate talent acquisition, and people related content to LinkedIn.
Task 3: Employee Experience
Plan and execute employee engagement activities. Ensure the company consistently wind up on “Great Place to Work”.
