Your Mission

  • Implement seasonal and future International Marketing initiatives within Turkey as per defined Brand and commercial objectives.
  • Implement Creative Brief Process as per set parameters and timelines to address local/regional campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives, brand ignition projects, etc. as agreed by Global Marketing
  • Implement Channel Marketing strategies per Category at the Country level as set by Global Marketing
  • Supervise the implementation of operational measures and actions including budget management, third party co-operations including agencies, sports marketing optimization, etc)
  • Supervise and manage Marketing functions including Brand Marketing, PR, Digital, Sports Marketing.
  • Execute seasonal priorities in alignment with Sales and Merchandising
  • Represent and manage Country marketing interests to meet brand and commercial objectives inline within the GTM process
  • Working closely with product management, sales, and PR to identify the strongest concepts and styles for Turkey, then to ensure that all departments harmoniously work together to promote and support these styles.
  • Identify Channel Marketing efficiencies and synergies to improve procedures, transparency, and ROI
  • Execute efficient reporting including budget management
  • Development of a network with the music, art, club, and street fashion store industry to ensure Brand credibility.
  • Creation of regular analyzes of brands, consumers, and trends in the local Market.

Your Talent

  • University degree from a reputable university with relevant fields
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles for an international multi-category brand in Retail or FMCG industries
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong leadership skills - Confident, driven and dynamic leader who can create successful teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original branding opportunities
  • Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities (both written & oral) to operate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and P&L
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks
