Your Mission

  • Implement seasonal and future International Marketing initiatives within the Area as per defined Brand and commercial objectives.

  • Represent the Area throughout the defined seasonal Regional GTM process including the Regional Marketing milestones providing input and insights to optimize marketing category and channel execution.

  • Implement Creative Brief Process as per set parameters and timelines within the Area to address local/regional campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives, brand ignition projects etc. as agreed by Regional Marketing

  • Execute Regional seasonal priorities in alignment with Area Sales and Merchandising

  • Represent Area Marketing at key internal and external milestones where required.

  • Set targets and manage performance for the Nordic Marketing team.

  • Synchronize all four countries in the marketing area.

  • Identify Channel Marketing efficiencies and synergies to improve procedures, transparency and Area ROI.

  • Execute efficient reporting including budget management within the Area.

Your Talent

  • Ideally degree level or equivalent experience

  • Proven marketing experience for an international multi category brand, preferably in the sporting goods or lifestyle industry

  • Previous management experience

  • Country/Area experience is a must​

  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills

  • Proven interpersonal & presentation abilities to operate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Results oriented can-do attitude

  • Strong understanding of budgeting

  • Commercial orientation

  • Ability to flawlessly execute and implement regional strategies

  • Experience of developing strong relationships, communicating across a wide variety of networks

  • Effectively defines, plans, schedules, controls tasks and projects

  • Brand Management Delivery & Translation

  • 360 Marketing expertise (media, digital, PR, sports marketing, trade, consumer etc.)

  • Go To Marketing Process Excellence

  • Strategic Thinking

  • Financial & Budgetary Expertise
