Implement seasonal and future International Marketing initiatives within the Area as per defined Brand and commercial objectives.
Represent the Area throughout the defined seasonal Regional GTM process including the Regional Marketing milestones providing input and insights to optimize marketing category and channel execution.
Implement Creative Brief Process as per set parameters and timelines within the Area to address local/regional campaign extensions, strategic/key account initiatives, brand ignition projects etc. as agreed by Regional Marketing
Execute Regional seasonal priorities in alignment with Area Sales and Merchandising
Represent Area Marketing at key internal and external milestones where required.
Set targets and manage performance for the Nordic Marketing team.
Synchronize all four countries in the marketing area.
Identify Channel Marketing efficiencies and synergies to improve procedures, transparency and Area ROI.
Execute efficient reporting including budget management within the Area.
