Your Mission

  • Manage the global Go-to-Market Apparel & Accessories Team and develop & maintain an effectiveness of the Apparel & Accessories Merchandising organization
  • Translate company’s strategy and into a Global Merchandising strategy reflecting regional requirements and develop mid/long-term sustainable growth plans for regional product directives
  • Lead and Drive the Apparel & Accessories Merchandising process and ensure optimum assortments by division and for regions, to markets in order to drive sell-through and reach financial targets
  • Review and edit apparel assortments to optimize the product efficiencies and market opportunities globally while maximizing brand experience across categories, channels & accounts
  • Target setting and sign offs ranges by Business Unit, Area & DC channel based on Sales Plan - Brand Direction - Product Flow- Pricing strategy by using consumer insights and close collaboration with the regions
  • Develop and drive a global merchandising strategy and set regional KPIs and objectives while guiding and keeping a close eye on divisional implementation in the different regions
  • Manage and set accurate forecasting process within deadlines and targets and monitor in-season product performance in the regions

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business’ or comparable, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in a comparable / Merchandising position in an international environment and 5 years in leadership function
  • Excellent industry knowledge and understanding of Apparel & Accessories
  • Proven track record in working with global function and closely with regional merchandising
  • Experience in creating and implementing merchandising strategies to optimize merchandising processes & product efficiencies as well as increase revenue
  • Demonstrated success developing, and managing teams
  • Strong analytic background combined with a consumer-centric merchandising to achieve financial and brand objectives
  • Deadline driven, with ability to prioritize and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Domestic & international travel is required
