Your Mission

  • Be the face of Digital Marketing in Europe
  • Drive the digital acceleration for the Brand and all the categories in Europe,  close collaboration with the digital teams in the headquarters and in each market
  • Lead, own and drive the new digital strategy for Europe based on the publishing strategy, business objectives and the digital consumers experience
  • Responsible for the success and holistic approach concerning all digital touch points of the Puma Brand in the Sport and Sportstyle ecosystem     
  • Set up and lead the KPIS and data process for Europe , together with the key markets
  • Team leader and best partner to involve the Business Units, global Marketing team and local marketing teams in the digital transformation
  • Increase the digital skills and culture in Puma Europe
  • In charge with the Head of each category to drive the paid and digital media plan in Brand and performance marketing
  • Manage the implementation of the publishing and brand content plan.
  • Set up a new way of working in Europe to push the digital culture and the digital and social consumer experience
  • Lead a team of digital experts

Your Talent

  • University degree in Marketing, Business or similar field of studies
  • At least 10+ years of work experience in Marketing or a similar position
  • Solid Leadership experience in leading a multi-functional team
  • Strong skills in Management, leading projects and long term approach  
  • Expert in digital and trends with a deep understanding of the insights consumer in the big cities in Europe and connecting with the new digital behaviors, always be one step ahead
  • Teamplayer with hands-on-mentality
  • Creative thinker ready to challenge the status quo
  • Digital expertise
  • Exceptional presentation skills and proven ability to effectively liaise with senior management to deliver against business needs
  • Strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
