Your Talent
Bachelor Degree in Business
5+ years experience in a planning position.
Retail and/or FMCG industry experience
Exposure to BI t**ools
Excellent MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Advanced Excel modelling skills
SAP exposure (Advantage)
Strong communication skills with an ability to influence at the highest level
Proven track record of leading the budgeting/planning process
Analytical thinking/problem solving
Team management experience
Positive, results driven attitude
Your Mission
We have an exciting new opportunity to join the team in the newly created role, Head of Integrated Planning. The role will report to Director Strategy, Intergrated Planning & BI.
The key focus is to lead the end to end planning process of Puma Oceania including, but not limited to: long & short term financial planning, range planning, demand forecasting, supply planning/purchasing, inventory forecasting and management.
This role will liaise closely with Sales, Retail, Merchandising, Marketing, Teamsports, Operations and Finance to ensure alignment of financial objectives and execution.

Key responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales Planning
Collaborate with Sales Management Team to drive account level growth strategies
Provide visibility of Sales and Margin targets by Division/Account/Business Unit/Gender
Oversee Wholesale channel inventory health in alignment with channel sell out reporting and insights
Retail Planning
Oversee the OTB strategy for the overall Retail business and define specifics by channel as part of the Budget process and the Seasonal ranging/buying strategy
Ensure accurate placement of Purchase Orders via Order Book reconciliation aligning to the seasonal Retail buy plan
Regular reviews with Retail Planning team on buy effectiveness (focus/quantities/size integrity etc) and adjust future buys accordingly
Merchandise Planning
Facilitate line architecture planning by providing the required information and tools
Establish efficiency measures (Article count, SKU count, SKU efficiency)
Ensure range plan alignment between Sales, Retail & Merchandising
Supply Planning
Accountability for the creation and maintenance of accurate purchase orders for all channels across Oceania
Creation of various evaluations (e.g. forecasts, rolling planning, inventory) for value and quantity based inventory and purchasing management
Build, maintain and coordinate purchasing critical path across the business according to the global buy calendar and ensure POs are placed & flowed according to order hold demand
Inventory Management
Lead omni-channel inventory management to support business decision making and enable cross-channel product movement
Manage Inventory related KPIs, stock turn, months cover, aging of inventories
Lead monthly inventory forecasting process, identify risks and opportunities to ensure target achievement. Drive cross-functional alignment and actions plans
People
Mentor and coach direct and indirect reports. Provide guidance and assistance for development
Build and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders
