Your Mission

  • Act as finance business partner to give support for the organization
  • Analyze and report on sales, monitor margin and variable expense performance
  • Provide timely, meaningful and accurate (ad hoc) analyses that give insights and support decision-making of the senior management team
  • Presentation and interpretation of the reports with the aim of improving the decision-making process
  • Recognizing possibilities for controlling process improvement and suggesting solutions
  • Coordinate and perform monthly, quarterly and yearly closings
  • Ensure proper accounting and reporting, both internal as well as external
  • Support external and internal audit activities
  • Drive Budget, Forecast, Rolling Forecast and Mid Term preparation
  • Collaborate with all departments to grant data accuracy and to ensure financial targets

Your Talent

  • Master degree in Business, Economics, or Finance 
  • Functional: 2-5 years of relevant work experience including first exposure to leadership
  • Ability to think cross functionally and proactively develop solutions in a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly business orientation and result driven
  • Good communication skills together with strong reporting and presentation skills
  • Solid knowledge in SAP R/3 and MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
  • Industry: Retail, wholesale and/ or FMCG experience
