The primary objective of this role is to manage the designated sales within your district – focus on both Cobra & PUMA Golf brands. The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship & best service to those accounts, understand their business needs, drive growth and brand visibility. Ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines/KPIs.
GROW THE BUSINESS - Key objective in this position is to drive the designated customers of your district.
FIELD GO-TO-MARKET PROCESS - Plan pre-meetings and dates for sell-in process with your customers.
FIELD ACCOUNTS PROVIDING GROWTH AND QUALITATIVE DISTRIBUTION - Understand the Field account business and to ensure that our customer is up to date in our products.
ALIGN WITH OTHER FUNCTIONS - Strong alignment with Head of Golf, Merchandising, Supply and Sales Operations.
