Your Mission

The primary objective of this role is to manage the designated sales within your district – focus on both Cobra & PUMA Golf brands. The role is responsible for establishing strong relationship & best service to those accounts, understand their business needs, drive growth and brand visibility. Ensure budgets and distribution are in line with global/regional guidelines/KPIs.

  • GROW THE BUSINESS - Key objective in this position is to drive the designated customers of your district.

  • FIELD GO-TO-MARKET PROCESS - Plan pre-meetings and dates for sell-in process with your customers.

  • FIELD ACCOUNTS PROVIDING GROWTH AND QUALITATIVE DISTRIBUTION - Understand the Field account business and to ensure that our customer is up to date in our products.

  • ALIGN WITH OTHER FUNCTIONS - Strong alignment with Head of Golf, Merchandising, Supply and Sales Operations.

Your Talent

Education:

  • Previous account management experience
  • Solid education and proven golf goods industry experience

Experience:

  • Previous account/sales management experience
    - Regular accounts
    - Key accounts
  • Understanding of business and the golf market
  • Experience in selling to consumer product accounts
  • Good experience of demo, custom fitting & product related questions

Capabilities:

  • Result & sales driven – love sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relations
  • Team player
  • Excellent presentation & influencing skills
  • Forecasting ability and the ability to analyze data
  • Customer management / Key management

Specialized skills:

  • Extensive golf industry knowledge & passion for the game of golf
  • Good understanding of consumer related business
