To assist his/her Manager lead and drive the overall E-com account strategy and execution. Assist in leading all commercial initiatives and the discipline of strategic account planning driving joint commercial success with the accounts. Manage OTB planning (including online exclusive business share), trade terms and allocation of resources, business forecasting and simulations, store development plan and account merchandising/purchase plans while tracking set KPIs (Comp and Scale Growth, STS, Markdown, ST rates) to ensure that the account is performing at a healthy and sustainable manner.
To support his/her Manager drive the annual selling and operational activity schedule (GTM Process) – working closely with Sales Ops, ensure the GTM process and scheduling of the responsible accounts are set properly in the overall company calendar. Assist Manager updating the Customer Info Deck and Customer Business Plan; provide latest information regarding the account (e.g. Shareholders, Overall Performance of the Group vs Puma, changes in Organizational Structures/Players, etc.) on a regular basis. Monitor online promotion event with plan and follow up with customers regarding product range, pricing strategy and support they need.
Help facilitate cross-functional alignment between operations, marketing, merchandising, O&O E-comm, Online operations/marketing to ensure consumer demand is being met in all the account’s platforms & stores. Manage stores & platforms to have proper stories and enough stock level consisting of seasonal initiatives, key merchandising stories and bestsellers to reach the needed net sales, sell-thru and STS targets.
